Privacy and control
Designed for responsible team learning
Team results are sensitive. Access is separated by team and role, reports are private, and managers control who joins.
- Only necessary account, membership and learning data is stored
- Managers accept a data processing agreement and confirm a lawful basis
- Team authorization is checked on every protected action
- Report downloads require recent account verification and are not cached
- Leaderboards are private unless a manager publishes them, and names require individual opt-in
- Cancellation starts a limited export and recovery period before deletion

No. First you enter team details, then choose seats and review the full estimate. The subscription only starts after you approve it in PayPal and PayPal confirms it.
Yes. Managers can request a change from billing. The current limit remains in place until PayPal confirms the revision, and you cannot reduce below active members plus valid invitations.
MFA is recommended but is not required for the purchase flow. Sensitive actions can still ask you to confirm your account again.
The workspace becomes read-only after PayPal confirms cancellation. Managers retain a limited period to export results or reactivate before team data is scheduled for deletion.
