You are the incident lead. Establish what the assistant did, test the boundary and own the recommendation.
09:18 UTC. Aster's procurement team is preparing a supplier shortlist. Its assistant, Iris, has retrieved a supplier file and requested an unexpected external delivery. Maya, the procurement lead, needs a defensible go/no-go recommendation before the launch review. You may order the pre-approved containment actions and isolated synthetic tests, preserve scoped records, and recommend a return plan. You cannot authorise customer communications, inspect unrelated employee data or restart production yourself. Work from receipts rather than the assistant's confidence: a requested action is not necessarily a completed one. The incident variant is assigned at start; read your own dossier.
