You are the incident communications analyst. An extortion message claims total data theft. Separate the sender's leverage from verified impact and give staff an accurate, useful update.
YOUR OBJECTIVE
A message threatens publication of every community-service record before a deadline. It includes two recognisable samples, while the technical team has only partial transfer evidence.
