The Benefits Code
You are the volunteer-desk responder. A benefits document asks colleagues to scan a QR code on their phones. Reconstruct each person's actions without asking anyone to scan it again.
YOUR OBJECTIVE
A polished benefits notice promises travel reimbursement before the festival. Its QR code moves volunteers from their work inbox to personal phones. One person only viewed the notice; another entered credentials. Decide who needs which response and keep a safe reimbursement route open.
